On my vacation this
summer I finally got some time left to
spend with my horses. One day when I was
out riding in the deep woods I started
to think about an article I read in a
magazine the day before. It was about
Offshore Banking, which is well known
in the business scene.
As we all are aware of, most governments
regulate the degree of financial activity
in a foreign currency that can take place.

People do not
pay attention to advertising. They pay attention
only to things that interest them. And sometimes
they find those things in advertising. So
you've just got to interest them. And while
you're at it, be sure you interest them
in your product or service, not just your
advertising.
First of all, try to find the inherent drama
within your offering. .

Acorporation
is defined as a legal entity or structure
created under the authority of the laws
of a state consisting of a person or
group of persons who become shareholders.
The entity’s existence
is considered separate and distinct from
that of its members. Like a real person,
a corporation can enter into contracts;
sue and be sued; pay taxes separately
from its owners; and do the other things
necessary to conduct business.

Corporate Branding
- will they remember you?
|

|
| In today's market selling quantity seems to be the rule of the day. Slap together something quick and don't worry about what flies out the door, it doesn't even matter who the purchasers are.
Companies who focus on branding will stand out amongst the crowd. |
Why? They have recognized that most buyers' especially online buyers need confidence in doing business with an established entity.
Nothing shows your commitment to your business like a well developed branding strategy. Having a great logo is the first major step towards cultivating this development. Sure there are plenty of "out-of-the-box" logo solutions and the prices are more than appealing to a business that doesn't recognize the value of their corporate image. |

| Franchising Businesses |

|
A franchising business is a business where a businessman or a franchiser grants the right to sell or distribute his product or business to another businessman or franchisee in lieu of a fixed commission or percentage of the profit generated in the business. |
This percentage of profit could be on monthly or yearly basis. Franchise plus is the Franchise directory India, which has information about the various franchise opportunities available to the Indian entrepreneur.
McDonald’s, Pizza hut, Hallmark, Archies etc. are some of the famous franchisers who have proven the feasibility and competence of the system with their success stories. The fast food outlet in particular has epitomized the franchise system. The business has developed an almost fool proof system that takes care of almost all aspects of the system from the time taken to fry the French fries to the language which the staff uses to address the customers. |

| International trade |

|
| If you operate a small business, you may feel that your income potential is quite limited. However, you can increase and diversify your income through international trade. |
1. Importing
Retail store owners can find additional products to sell from foreign manufacturers, distributors, and other suppliers.
Advantages of importing include increased product selection, lower costs, and increased income.
You may even decide to go exclusively into the import business and become a wholesale distributor.
2. Exporting
Manufacturers can find new customers for their products in foreign countries.
Perhaps consumers in your country have lost interest in your product. It may have become obsolete because of technological advances. A foreign market, however, may be desirous of that very product. |

What are
Phytonutrients? |
Folk wisdom has always singled out fruits and vegetables as being indispensable for health, but it has only been within the last thirty years that we know why. Science and technology have isolated compounds in plants and vegetables that have literally been our life-savers.
These are phytonutrients which all fruits and vegetables produce because their means of survival in the environment is through the release of disease-fighting phytochemicals. Phytochemicals stimulate the production of protective self-repairing cells in plants.
They also produce the same kinds of responses in humans. For example, they release protective enzymes that inhibit cancer-producing substances, thus...

Two cups of coffee
after lunch |

|
| Our biological clock makes us noticably slower after lunchtime. Professor Jan Snel is an expert within the consequences of coffee and claims that two cups of coffee is enough to avoid that effect. |
By around four a.m. the human body is spinning on low while around 11 a.m. it is at its' peak. But right after lunch the decent starts.
- Two cups of regular coffee, or about 200 miligrams of caffeine, will reduce alot of the slowness we experience right after lunch, says professor Jan Snel at the University of Amsterdam.
The professor is administrating a large staff of reseachers at the University of Amsterdam. Here the researchers are examining the reactions of persons subjected to caffeinated coffee against persons that are given coffee without caffeine whom are not told what type of coffee they are drinking. The research is focused on the effects of a dosage of 200 miligrams of caffeine, which is equivelant to the "normal" coffee intake for the average person a day.

As shocking as this sounds, you have to keep in mind that your salespeople make money only when they're in front of qualified decision-makers selling your company's solutions. Since the year of 1873 it has become a time-honored approach to gaining access to decision-makers. Prospecting turns out to be a waste of time, however, because the sales day is finite. Your salespeople have only eight hours a day to prospect for new business while, at the same time, trying to serve their current customers. A more accurate description of prospecting would be searching for someone to sell to. Unfortunately, most companies don't start prospecting until sales are low and business is down...

Use a positive attitude
to achieve your goals |
Happiness is something we all want. Good times with friends, and close relationships are the things that make us feel complete as people. But in these present times there are many distractions that leave us feeling overwhelmed and that we don't have full control in our life's situation. |
It seems that we always have to trade one priority for another to accomplish our daily tasks.
In the meantime, our relationships with the ones we love may suffer. Oddly enough, the solution to bringing more happiness into our lives may begin with how we deal with our own perception of ourselves.
To put this in its proper perspective, a positive mental attitude begins with the things that we tell ourselves on a subconscious level. In other words, how a man thinketh is how he will become.

Complainers are frustrated. Whether it

the complainers don’t just want
things to change, they need to be heard

an explanation from your side.
