On my vacation this summer I finally got some time left to spend with my horses. One day when I was out riding in the deep woods I started to think about an article I read in a magazine the day before. It was about Offshore Banking, which is well known in the business scene.
As we all are aware of, most governments regulate the degree of financial activity in a foreign currency that can take place.

Online retailing has undergone a major transfor-mation especially in Europe and US. Many pure-play e-tailors have gone down and the investment community has turned cautious. At the same time traditional retailers have seen potential benefits of online trading.
It used to be easy to tell what a company was worth. In an industrial economy based on such tangible assets as factories and inventories, a company's value was a reflection of future cash flows that could be generated over the lifetime of those assets.
The technology and access to information is amazing but it can also be a problem. It is easy to become disoriendted and confused. You must sort, filter, organize, discard and assimilate the massive amounts of data we’re exposed to on a daily basis, and that can be a real challenge.

Common Sense Leads to Success

Business gurus, consultants, academics and even some CEOs have all the same message, ”Take quick, drastic and revolutionary actions or die.” The problem with new ideas or management techniques is not that they are wrong, only the way they are brought into companies.

International Trade

A franchising business is a business where a businessman or a franchiser grants the right to sell or distribute his product or business to another businessman or franchisee in lieu of a fixed commission or percentage of the profit generated in the business.

This percentage of profit could be on monthly or yearly basis. Franchise plus is the Franchise directory India, which has information about the various franchise opportunities available to the Indian entrepreneur. McDonald’s, Pizza hut, Hallmark, Archies etc. are some of the famous franchisers who have proven the feasibility and competence of the system with their success stories. The fast food outlet in particular has epitomized the franchise system. The business has developed an almost fool proof system that takes care of almost all aspects of the system from the time taken to fry the French fries to the language which the staff uses to address the customers.

What are
Phytonutrients?

Folk wisdom has always singled out fruits and vegetables as being indispensable for health, but it has only been within the last thirty years that we know why. Science and technology have isolated compounds in plants and vegetables that have literally been our life-savers.

These are phytonutrients which all fruits and vegetables produce because their means of survival in the environment is through the release of disease-fighting phytochemicals. Phytochemicals stimulate the production of protective self-repairing cells in plants.

They also produce the same kinds of responses in humans. For example, they release protective enzymes that inhibit cancer-producing substances, thus...

Two cups of coffee
after lunch

Our biological clock makes us noticably slower after lunchtime. Professor Jan Snel is an expert within the consequences of coffee and claims that two cups of coffee is enough to avoid that effect.

By around four a.m. the human body is spinning on low while around 11 a.m. it is at its' peak. But right after lunch the decent starts.

- Two cups of regular coffee, or about 200 miligrams of caffeine, will reduce alot of the slowness we experience right after lunch, says professor Jan Snel at the University of Amsterdam.

The professor is administrating a large staff of reseachers at the University of Amsterdam. Here the researchers are examining the reactions of persons subjected to caffeinated coffee against persons that are given coffee without caffeine whom are not told what type of coffee they are drinking. The research is focused on the effects of a dosage of 200 miligrams of caffeine, which is equivelant to the "normal" coffee intake for the average person a day.

Prospecting
- a waste of time?
While volumes have already been written about prospecting, this article presents the issue of gaining access to decision-makers in a new light for you. Despite you may have heard it before, prospecting is an absolute waste of time.

As shocking as this sounds, you have to keep in mind that your salespeople make money only when they're in front of qualified decision-makers selling your company's solutions. Since the year of 1873 it has become a time-honored approach to gaining access to decision-makers. Prospecting turns out to be a waste of time, however, because the sales day is finite. Your salespeople have only eight hours a day to prospect for new business while, at the same time, trying to serve their current customers. A more accurate description of prospecting would be searching for someone to sell to. Unfortunately, most companies don't start prospecting until sales are low and business is down...

Use a positive attitude
to achieve your goals

Happiness is something we all want. Good times with friends, and close relationships are the things that make us feel complete as people. But in these present times there are many distractions that leave us feeling overwhelmed and that we don't have full control in our life's situation.

It seems that we always have to trade one priority for another to accomplish our daily tasks.
In the meantime, our relationships with the ones we love may suffer. Oddly enough, the solution to bringing more happiness into our lives may begin with how we deal with our own perception of ourselves.
To put this in its proper perspective, a positive mental attitude begins with the things that we tell ourselves on a subconscious level. In other words, how a man thinketh is how he will become.
