Acorporation is defined as a legal entity or structure created under the authority of the laws of a state consisting of a person or group of persons who become shareholders.

Yes or No?
Do you feel that the EU has gained your company or has the open borders made it more difficult for you to act on the market? I know, it´s a tough one! Corporate culture
An introduction to Corporate Culture - During the 1980´s a great deal of attention began to be paid in the organisa-tional literature to the concept of company or corporate culture. Many writers, such as Edgar Schein, treat culture as a new school of thought within organisation theory.

Online retailing has undergone a major transfor-mation especially in Europe and US. Many pure-play e-tailors have gone down and the investment community has turned cautious. At the same time traditional retailers have seen potential benefits of online trading.
It used to be easy to tell what a company was worth. In an industrial economy based on such tangible assets as factories and inventories, a company's value was a reflection of future cash flows that could be generated over the lifetime of those assets.
The technology and access to information is amazing but it can also be a problem. It is easy to become disoriendted and confused. You must sort, filter, organize, discard and assimilate the massive amounts of data we’re exposed to on a daily basis, and that can be a real challenge.

Common Sense Leads to Success

Business gurus, consultants, academics and even some CEOs have all the same message, ”Take quick, drastic and revolutionary actions or die.” The problem with new ideas or management techniques is not that they are wrong, only the way they are brought into companies.

Prospecting
- a waste of time?

As shocking as this sounds, you have to keep in mind that your salespeople make money only when they're in front of qualified decision-makers selling your company's solutions. Since the year of 1873 it has become a time-honored approach to gaining access to decision-makers. Prospecting turns out to be a waste of time, however, because the sales day is finite. Your salespeople have only eight hours a day to prospect for new business while, at the same time, trying to serve their current customers. A more accurate description of prospecting would be searching for someone to sell to. Unfortunately, most companies don't start prospecting until sales are low and business is down...

What are
Phytonutrients?

These are phytonutrients which all fruits and vegetables produce because their means of survival in the environment is through the release of disease-fighting phytochemicals. Phytochemicals stimulate the production of protective self-repairing cells in plants.

They also produce the same kinds of responses in humans. For example, they release protective enzymes that inhibit cancer-producing substances, thus reducing our susceptibility to disease. It makes sense for us to harness the powers of plants in our diets. Four sources of phytonutrients that cannot be ignored if we want to remain healthy and cancer free are berries, cruciferous and dark, leafy vegetables, soy and red wine.

The research is focused on the effects of a dosage of 200 miligrams of caffeine, which is equivelant to the "normal" coffee intake for the average person a day.

Use a positive attitude
to achieve your goals

Happiness is something we all want. Good times with friends, and close relationships are the things that make us feel complete as people. But in these present times there are many distractions that leave us feeling overwhelmed and that we don't have full control in our life's situation.

It seems that we always have to trade one priority for another to accomplish our daily tasks.
In the meantime, our relationships with the ones we love may suffer. Oddly enough, the solution to bringing more happiness into our lives may begin with how we deal with our own perception of ourselves.
To put this in its proper perspective, a positive mental attitude begins with the things that we tell ourselves on a subconscious level. In other words, how a man thinketh is how he will become.
